Tezuka-Chan -Contest-

YUUUUUUP!!!!! I already finished doing Tezuka's Drawing for the conteeeest 8D!!!! I know it's a shitty shit, but... I don't know how to shade in photoshop @___@...

Ahm well... I was going to paint Tezuka's clothes in pink, but I decided that it would be better if they were blue because... I like how they look like that and blue is my favorite color, so shut up >_>... (Well... it's not exactly blue, my favorite color is between blue and sky blue xD...)

Weeeeell!!!! I hope Tezuka-Chan likes this because it took me a lot of time for doing it T__T... Even my hand hurts, but what ever xD...
